ConvertNow is an email marketing and email delivery platform for creating, sending, and measuring email communications from one place.
With ConvertNow, you can manage contacts, design campaigns, send through authenticated domains, and understand how recipients engage with your emails.
What ConvertNow helps you do
Design email campaigns
The visual email designer lets you build campaigns using reusable sections and content blocks, including:
- Headings
- Text
- Images
- Buttons

You can reorder and duplicate sections, adjust section spacing and appearance, and preview your email for desktop and mobile screens.
Manage contacts and lists
You can:
- Add contacts manually
- Import contacts from CSV

- Manage subscribed and unsubscribed contacts
Lists make it easier to send a campaign to a specific audience instead of every contact in your account.
Personalize campaigns
ConvertNow supports recipient-specific merge tags for:

Personalization values are inserted for each recipient during sending.
Send immediately or schedule for later
You can send a campaign immediately, send a test email first, or schedule it for a future date and time.
Scheduled campaigns are processed automatically by ConvertNow when they become due.

Collect new subscribers with signup forms
Create signup forms that can be embedded on your website. Forms can collect:
- Email address
- First name
- Last name
You can select the list that new subscribers join, customize the button, set a success message, and optionally redirect subscribers after submission.
Send from your own domain
To send from an address such as [email protected], add and authenticate your sending domain in Email API → Domains.
ConvertNow checks:
- SPF
- DKIM
- DMARC
- Postal domain provisioning
Domain authentication helps receiving mail providers verify that ConvertNow is authorized to send on your behalf.
Use the Email API or SMTP
Developers can send transactional email through:
- The ConvertNow HTTP Email API
- SMTP
The Email API also includes API key management, send logs, webhooks, domains, and suppressions.

Automations are currently marked Coming Soon in the customer application. Automation templates exist in the product foundation, but automated workflows are not yet an active customer-facing feature.
How ConvertNow keeps your data organized
Your campaigns, contacts, lists, images, and sending configuration are associated with your account. Account data is isolated between users.
For security, keep your password, API keys, SMTP credentials, and webhook secrets private. Do not share them in campaign content or support requests.
