ConvertNow charges by how many emails you send each month, not by how many contacts are on your list. Pick the volume tier that matches your sending, and every feature is included at every tier.
Is it true that contacts are always unlimited?
Yes. Every ConvertNow plan, including the free plan, includes unlimited contacts. A list of 500 or 500,000 people costs the same, since your bill is based only on emails sent.
What do I get on the free plan?
Up to 10,000 emails a month at no cost, with every ConvertNow feature included: campaigns, automations, segmentation, sign-up forms, templates, custom domains, analytics, and the transactional Email API.
Can I remove ConvertNow branding on the free plan?
Yes. The free plan includes a small ConvertNow branding footer by default. You can remove it for $5 a month while staying on the free tier, without upgrading your email volume.
What happens if I go over my plan's email volume?
You will get a notification as you approach your limit. If you go over, ConvertNow automatically moves you to the next volume tier for that billing cycle so your sends are never interrupted.
Do all plans include the transactional Email API?
Yes. The Email API and SMTP relay are included on every plan at every volume tier, sharing the same sending pool as your campaigns and automations.
What if I need to send more than 3,000,000 emails a month?
