Start freeSee the stepsA ConvertNow signup form is an HTML snippet that shows a subscribe form on your website and sends each submission to your ConvertNow account. There is nothing to install and no plugin to keep updated.
It is for anyone with a website who wants to grow an email list, from a WordPress blog to a Webflow landing page.
Step by step
Seven short steps from form to first subscriber.
Create a form
In ConvertNow, open Signup Forms in the sidebar and choose Create your first form. Give it an internal form name such as Newsletter signup. Visitors never see this.
Choose where sign-ups go
Under Add to list, pick the list new subscribers should join. This is optional, but it lets you send to them straight away.
Set the fields and wording
Email is always included, with first and last name optional. Set the button text and the success message, or enter a redirect URL to send people to your own thank-you page instead.
Style it
Pick a button color and a corner style (sharp, rounded or pill), then click Create form.
Copy the snippet
On the form's card, click Embed to reveal the HTML snippet and copy it.
Paste it into your site
In WordPress use a Custom HTML block. In Webflow add an Embed element. In Squarespace use a Code block. In Wix use an Embed code element. Publish the page.
Test it
Submit a test email address and check that it appears under Contacts in ConvertNow.
How it works
The snippet shows the form and sends each submission to ConvertNow, which adds the person to your contacts and to the list you chose.
Works on any site that allows custom code
Adds subscribers to a list of your choice
Custom success message or redirect to your own page
Deleting the form stops the snippet working at once
Only collect addresses from people who have agreed to hear from you, and say so next to the form.
